Pros: i never got a car from you- had to beg other companies at the airport but they were all sold out too, while the dollar employee laughed at my predicament and had no information, made no effort to help me.
Cons: i ultimately rented at AVIS because they were the only company willing to jelp me, paying over $400 more for a car than paid for my prepaid reservation, which I still can not reach you to have refunded... and your dumb asses keep spamming me about how to return a car I was never able to pick up.

Pros: There was nobody at Dollar counter in the airport building neither was there a sign that told me that I had to go to the parking garage. My flight on Friday evening came in late and I could not pick up the car since the Dollar counter was not manned. So I took an Uber. The next morning, I called Dollar, but nobody answered. I took another Uber back to the airport. Again, there was nobody at the counter in the airport building. No sign either where to go. I asked a representative at the
Cons: Enterprise counter, and she told me to go directly to the parking garage. There was a dollar counter there, but again, no person. I finally went to the Herz counter and asked. I was told that Herz and Dollar are the same. I got my car within a short time albeit one day late and after having to spend $ 40 on Uber rides. This is certainly not acceptable. All it takes is a sign at the airport counter that tells customers where to go. How difficult is this ????
Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
At the time of pick up customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
