Cons: 1. Counter agent, while not outright rude, was NOT friendly. 2. Return process was confusing because there was only one RAC agent in the return area to help direct customers with regard to the final check-out process, as well as directions as to where to proceed.
Pros: The gentlemen at the desk when I returned the car was professional. The women there when I picked it up were lazy and indifferent.

Rental Conditions

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
