Pros: The agent was helpful. At first we didn’t receive the cat I expected but then they made it right and were helpful with getting us into the right car.
Pros: The manager, Hamza Ennab and his associate seemed friendly and helpful. They were fairly efficient in their processing of our papers and payment. The AC in the vehicle worked great!
Cons: We were overcharged an extra CAD 52.00 by Dollar in Aqaba. Also, we were provided a car with almost no thread left on the tires. Finally, we were given only 1 key to the vehicle. Can't imagine the nightmare that would have occured if we lost it or locked it inside the car in the middle of the desert!
Pros: Very friendly, low hassle, clearly highlighted everything that was going on, the reason for all charges etc.

Pros: Abdel Ra'ouf Saleh provided top service in his soft unbecoming way. When presented with a problem we had he provided a solution. His young colleague's friendliness and helpfulness from sharing his hummus to early morning pop-up.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Renters from the following country(ies): Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iraq must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name.
