Cons: 2 hours After picking up the car the car and putting fuel in it, the office called and asked to replace the care because it needed "oil change". And offered less refund of petrol than i paid.

Cons: The pick up address listed in the confirmation email was wrong which led me to the different location. At the check-in counter, the agent asked me for my credit card information and sign on it for a deposit of 350JD without explaining the background. The lack of proper communication made me uncomfortable.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 945.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Renters from the following country(ies): Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Iraq must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
When paying with cash, a debit/credit card issued on the main driver's name is required for security purposes.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
