Cons: We hired the car with full insurance coverage, but they still pushed to get insurance via Arena. Car is handed over with NO fuel! It was clearly mentioned that car has a full tank and need to. Be returned full. Car was old with damages, but roads are bumpy and traffic busy, we were happy that we didnt drive a brand New car

Pros: The service provided was great.

Cons: The car was not the car we asked for, while it was larger the radio did not work fully, no USB, and the tires did not have tread on them, or the breaks needed replacing. The car skid when turning at 30m/h and was not safe to drive for a long distance. We had to drive extremely slow the entire way.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 600.00 - € 1290.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 76.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi, Delivery fee.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery service is available for an additional charge of 15 USD to the following location(s): Hotels.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 2 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
