Pros: The convenience, the company is flexible as far as pickup and drop up is concerned. The car provided was clean, almost new and in good conduction.

Cons: The car provided was very good but the agency neither cleaned the car nor did they ensure that there was any fuel in the car. The car was so low on the fuel that we had to rush to the nearest Fuel station after taking the car. However, when we returned the car it was half tank full which is much higher than what was provided to us. But still the agency did not give us any credit for that instead was asking charges for cleaning the car.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1000 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 775.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Mileage policy
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Jordan, Lebanon, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA, EU countries, Palestina.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): South Korea will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
