Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 850.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Rate excludes
Many highways in Turkey are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
If renter travels through a toll collection point, the renter’s credit card will be charged for the toll and an administration fee of 30 % per cross.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car. Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, proof of entry/exit into/out of the country, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.

Deposit and deductible policy
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory. Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 180 minutes.
