Pros: The one guy who handles everything - Santiago - is enthusiastic and helpful. But the entire company has one employee in Medellin?
Cons: Took an hour or more in inspecting the many dinks and dents and scratches and taking photos of the same to make sure we wouldn't get hit by charges. Check in process is too slow. and painful. The car itself is old and beat up.
Pros: The entire rental process from airport pickup to driving away with the car took too long. They have only one person doing everything - pick up, filling the forms, filling petrol in the car, etc. Seems like a low budget operation.
Cons: They are still holding 400 dollars deposit and I am not sure if it will be returned

Cons: We waited to meet with the company representative for about 50 minutes. Handing over the car took 50 minutes. All things were filled in by hand, nothing is electronic. The person at the counter does not speak English. All the documents were photographed with his personal phone and he wanted to take a photo of the CVV card as well. The car was dirty inside, hit everywhere and in a very bad condition. When handing over the car, they tried to charge us because the car must be washed outside.
Cons: Upon arrival staff did not have clarity on rental conditions and prices already negotiated. When dropping off the vehicle the staff tried to compare the vehicle condition with pictures back on December 2022 instead of pictures or evidence from an inspection previous to my rental contract on February 25th which leaves room to misunderstandings and additional charges

Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
For rentals up to 2 days mileage is limited to 250 km per day.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Diners, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Debit cards.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
