Cons: - rude owner - many damages on the car - car looked messy inside, newspapers and broken glass lying around - poor service - wrongly accused of malice about rest paymemt by owner. The local employee made a mistake and the owner blamed me for it Very rude man and unprofessional service. All came accross very amaturistic.

Pros: Flexibility and helpfulness allowing me to rent a vehicle when they were closed.
Cons: Difficulty picking up and returning the vehicle. The car was dirty and in a poor condition.

Pros: The representative was amazing. It was very easy to communicate woth him, he was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Organizing car drop off and pick up was easy.
Cons: We didn't have a full fuel tank at the start of the rental.
