Pros: I hired a VW Polo, they gave me a 15 year old Toyota Yaris, that was dirty, rusty, and had personal stuff in the car. The clutch would not engage, the key fob didn’t work, it died in the middle of driving. We did not feel safe driving the car, we hired for 10 days, but returned the car after 3 days. The agent said we would receive a refund via credit card, but we did not receive the refund. When we contacted the owner, he said refunds are given in cash and would not give us a refund.
Cons: Don’t hire from CityRental Cars, not worth it. Find another car hire company.
Pros: The lady at the desk was helpul but she made us paid a non refundable deposit since we could not accept the 800 eur as a card deposit (which is on the terms in conditions). I think they played us here.
Cons: Everything. The car was miserable, had no conditions to be rented. But this agency had no options at that time. The car was in poor conditions, no safety, there was a sign about the lack of airbag. We have videos and photos to prove that the car was in no condition to be driven. also, it was not cleaned and it was very smelly.
Pros: They was very kind and available for any question, they also came to our apartment to take the car back.
Cons: The location of the company
Pros: Staff was very helpful and they gave us good recommendations to visit. They also dropped us to the port after we gave the car back.
Cons: The name of the Car Rental service and the pick up addresses were different than the information we were given by the company. Also, there were minor issues with the car, such as windows not opening and closing easily, and some features not being available such as the Bluetooth connection.
Pros: It's a dummy for another company and was impossible to find in Sarande, as could not find the actual name of the true hire company

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
