Cons: The car was very dirty and full of scratches that were not on the schematic given at the counter.
Pros: The car was brand new and in good condition.
Cons: The ladies were collapsed, too much complicated paperwork. I asked to not include the insurance and the lady added it. I did not pay attention and thought it was related to the lock on my card. After realize it was a mistake and to not make things more complicated I accepted it because i was over an hour waiting for the car. No one was about to find the keys… a complete mess.
Pros: Pablo helped in what he could. Changed me to a diesel car soon as I noticed there were only gasoline cars.
Cons: To strict on time of pickup. Not easy to edit.
Pros: They were quick during check in and check out.
Cons: The service from reps during check out. The one guy was rude and angry. I felt uncomfortable speaking to him. I was also unhappy being charged 300 euros for a scratch on the car. Even though the scratch was new... the entire car was already so banged up when I got it. Not to mention it seemed to malfunction slightly while I was on the highway. I didn't think it was necessary that they charged me for this new scratch when clearly they don't repair the damages. Felt like a rip off.
Pros: Diego, in the Santa Justice office, was the ultimate professional-- efficient, helpful and friendly.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 75.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: a round-trip flight or train ticket covering the rental dates.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
A maximum of 2 hours is available for service outside of business hours. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 12 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
