Pros: Easy to find

Cons: The agency informed me directly when i pick up the car, that i need to pay carwash when i leave the car. I never had too pay for carwash before when I rented car. I returned the car in clean condition and still needed to pay.

Pros: Winter tyre in june, service indicator on (service not performed) oil change indicator on (oil not changed). For a car thar was 4 years old it was over 120.000 km on the odometer.

Cons: First time ever under my 30 years of renting cars that rental provider took money for carwash (car was in normal conditions after one week usage in the city). Be aware of this extra cost.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 700.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 78 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 74.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
The IDP must be issued by a country that is a signatory of the Geneva or Vienna Conventions and not by a private organization/company and you must provide the original. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Wi-Fi.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 15.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
