Pros: Worst service ever in my 50 years of renting cars. We were not even greeted with a smile, I had the impression we were an imposition.
Cons: Return address was useless, searched for half an our until a kind taxi driver told us you were hidden in the Radisson hotel. Upon arrival your agent immediately pointed to a n allegedly new scratch. When I told her the Dubrovnik agent had already shown me that scratch she said she would cheque with the office. I waited 5 minutes (not unusual and ok) and she came back and wanted me to sign the release. I told her I wouldn't and she asked "why?". I told her I wouldn't sign until (not enough space

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
