Pros: The agent was extremely helpful and professional, providing useful information.
Cons: However, the car was a bit too old for the hills on the island. It struggled to go up hills and, with the AC off, had difficulty in second gear; for some, I even had to use first gear.

Pros: The representatives came to our guest house to give us the car. We were also able to drop off the car at the port easily.
Cons: I felt like one of the representative was trying to rip us up. He insisted that we couldn’t pay with a credit card, but of the form, there was a section called credit car. The other representative was telling him that we could pay with a credit car but the first one insisted that we had to pay cash. He told me to bring the money in cash the day of the drop off. When they left, I just went to their office and was able to pay with a credit card super easily. The car was full of ants also.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 68 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
American Express, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Delivery within city limits to hotels is free of charge.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
