Pros: The price
Cons: I checked in on line so we only had to pick up the keys, unfortunately we were told to fill up at the garage at the entrance but it was closed.Also we had to take a taxi back to the port to pick up another car which I thought was unfair as it was there problem that the car was faulty
Pros: Agent was extremely helpful, cheerful & very efficient. The customer service was great. She realised ferry was late & was ready for when we arrived. & car upgraded.
Cons: Car wasn't clean when picked it up. Was advised about slight damage & provided with photo but couldn't see it as car was not washed. Wasn't really a problem.
Pros: The service was polite when I got the car.
Cons: I had a situtasion when I had to drive ca 50 km from my stay town to harbour at 5'oclock in the morning to get on the ferry and leave the island. Near the harbour there was no gasolin station open at this time to refill the tank. I think I should not be charged for this by renting company as it was impossible to get the gasolin.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
