Cons: The Budget agent was rude, questioned my driving ability/experience with a manual, and tried to get me to pay more for an automatic car. He also tried to sell me their insurance as well. When I pointed out I had coverage through Discover Cars he literally said, "Good luck getting them to pay if anything happens"

Cons: Unfriendly staff that 'forced' us to take an extra insurance. Feels like we didn't need that insurance (because we allreafy booked one) but now we had to pay an extra 500 euro's!!!!! Man at the desk took no time to explain anything and walked away after a very short briefing, without saying goodbye or anything. We where very disapointed and still think we paid way too much.

Cons: Car was pretty basic for an incredibly expensive fee. It was the most I have ever paid for a rental car, which was of the lowest level of options and quality.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 25 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
Deposit and deductible policy
A separate fuel deposit is required when collecting the vehicle.
Fuel deposit prices can vary depending on the car model and market fuel prices in force when collecting the car.
Cross-border policy
From Ireland, only travel to Northern Ireland is allowed.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles will be provided with at least 70% battery level. You must return the vehicle with at least 70% battery level.
Additional information
Winter tires are not mandatory in Ireland.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
