Cons: The Budget agent was rude, questioned my driving ability/experience with a manual, and tried to get me to pay more for an automatic car. He also tried to sell me their insurance as well. When I pointed out I had coverage through Discover Cars he literally said, "Good luck getting them to pay if anything happens"

Cons: Unfriendly staff that 'forced' us to take an extra insurance. Feels like we didn't need that insurance (because we allreafy booked one) but now we had to pay an extra 500 euro's!!!!! Man at the desk took no time to explain anything and walked away after a very short briefing, without saying goodbye or anything. We where very disapointed and still think we paid way too much.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. A deposit for a tank of fuel is required upon pick up.
