Cons: Service was great but know that they do ask if you want insurance through them even if you have purchased already, because as you will read in your agreement, if you buy through an online provider, the dealership is unaware you have it. They do not push it but you need to know if you are already covered so you don't purchase twice! This shouldn't be a surprise, if you purchase your insurance with the car from an online provider, read the fine print. All above board.

Cons: Prolonged pick up of car in Hobart with slight chaos in the office but this was on Boxing Day and can understand staff were super busy.

Cons: Would have been nice to have the flexibility of dropping the car off at the airport withought having to change the whole reservation. This was up to discover cars. Since reservation was through you. In the end we had to return at the city office then take a taxi to the airport.

The condition report has scratches and marks missing from it which they could potentially blame on you. On returning the vehicle they take the keys and do not inspect it so any damage found could be disputed as you were not there to witness it on the return.

Need to have a plan to handle these situations. Rather than stating we don’t collect faulty vehicles, we don’t have a replaceme

Pros: I had to call prior and they were difficult to get a hold off - called 3 x day and left messages and never got back for 3 days. Had to go into the office to get help. And on check in there was only 1 x person and was probably peak time but I was waiting over 45 mins to pick up the car - eating into time that I had paid for it for my travel. And found the staff very ‘short’ at times and once got the car wasn’t really shown anything on the inside.

It appears that the engine may have been underpowered for the vehicle. Turning circle was extremely wide making parking and tight turns very difficult.

Cons: I had a lot of trouble reaching an operator when clarifying details and ended up visiting in person to find a young man sitting at the counter with no calls or customer in the shop who was able to help straight away. I am guessing the calls go to an offshore call centre. Was delayed when I picked up the car because it had to be taken to get fuel due to the last person not filling it up. The car still had sand on the back seat and want as clean as it should be. The staff were friendly though.
