Pick-up instructions
The Avis shuttle that services the pier, passes by the port every 20-30 minutes depending on traffic as well as the number of ships in port. An ambassador at the port will direct customers on where to stand to wait for the shuttle. Note - The ambassadors change positions according to how busy the port is. If needing shuttle transportation, the customer must wave for the driver of the shuttle. The shuttle will only stop if there is a shuttle space available. No fee for pick up when booking Port of Miami Cruise ship Shuttle pick up at Q8M Port of Miami Cruise Ship Shuttle rental only location. The last shuttle is at 1:30pm.
