Pros: Everything was great. I was scared because of the reviews before about the agency being tough in scratches or small damages. But it was the opposite. They are nice and we had a very good experience with this company.

Pros: Not that much

Cons: Friendly start but after receiving the keys the problems began. The car was dirty inside and out, with old damages not documented properly. On return, I was almost charged €80 for a barely noticeable scratch on a Dacia Sandero wheel cover (worth maybe €10)—something most rentals would ignore. Unprofessional experience overall; I would not recommend this company.

Pros: The car was basically functional. It never broke down and took us where we needed to go. The AC and radio worked

Cons: The car had issues: - check engine light came on the last day we had the car. - wiper blades were bad, decreasing visibility - tire pressure sensor was faulty, but we didn’t know this until we went to a gas station and tried inflating the tires. This was inconvenient. - I’m not sure how old the car was but it didn’t look good on the outside - lots of body damage and no hub caps. I think it was a 2007? - the car itself, Cirtroen C1 is totally gutless. Would never rent one again.

Pros: Other than the unpleasant incident mentioned below, the representatives were all friendly and helpful.

Cons: Very unhappy that do too. No fault of her own, our flight from tercera to Pico was canceled and we had to take a ferry. When we got to the airport we found out that the car rental agency was closed. So then we had to scramble to find a taxi to take us to our Airbnb, and then another taxi to take us back to the airport in the morning. Extremely frustrating and not happy about that.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
