Pros: The most remarkable was a girl name Katia (I believe that was her name). We had big problems with our rental and she was at all times available, helped us with everything and made us feel safe and secure in a foreign country. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Driver requirements

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
