Chevrolet Spark
11/2/26

Pros: The Alamo's personal were nice, however it time a unnecessary long time requesting copy of the rental copy with the especification that were already there. (I bring a copy of all documents with me and that already haved in their records) They said as the rental was a third party they need more information. Another thing was they requested to buy another insurance policy beacuse the one I took with Discovery did not cover third party. I found that part annoying and pricing.
United States of America (USA)
Suzuki Grand Vitara
10/27/26

Pros: Not much to say

Cons: They charged an extra insurance of $36.00 a day

Cons: no service provided
Saint-Martin (France)
Suzuki Grand Vitara
10/25/26

Pros: They've upgraded my vehicle from a suzuki vitara 5 seater to a suzuki vitara 7 seater ( XL7).

Cons: The initial acquisition cost was $379.18, which was the original price. However, upon arrival, the final cost was $823.49. The rationale was that the original price was only for the vehicle and not the coverage thereof.
Spain
Nissan Tiida
12/12/24

Cons: Me dejaron sin vehiculo

Spain
Chevrolet Trax
8/5/23

Slovenia
Chevrolet Aveo
5/8/23

Pros: The service provided by Alamo was fair. The service provided by DiscoverCars.com was not fair at all.
France
