Pros: Service was bad nasty and they only try to sale you more insurance policies do not rent from this companies the scams are when you reserve and when you pick up the car you have to pay more insurance

Pros: The ease of picking up the car in Santo Domingo and then dropping it off in Punta Cana.

Cons: The car smelled like wet feet. I had to buy glide spray to try to keep the smell controlled. Also parts of the car that seem to be falling off like the door handles.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1050.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
