Cons: everything OK
Pros: The staff need to be more educated about the charges implemented.
Cons: Extra charges that were not part of the original rental reservation. I’m not talking about airport fees and taxes but some charges that had secret codes that even the employee couldn’t figure out and explain to me.
Pros: Service personnel were helpful & professional.
Cons: Car windows were dirty and there was un-noted ding on windshield.
Cons: (a) For the first time in 10+ years the car rental company did not accept my credit card because my complete name was not embossed onto my card. I therefore lost the insurance coverage provided by my credit card. (b) Agent at the front-desk was not professional. I did not return with the impression that he was trying to assist me. (c) The car were in a very bad condition.
