Pros: He was forced to upgrade me to a nicer Kia. It was still busted on the handle where the key goes in to unlock and lock- no key fob.
Cons: Cayland was on his phone air pod the whole time, wasn't sure if he was talking to me or not. Unclear about fees and insurance waivers- cars were not in good condition. low tire pressure and no machine on site.
Pros: The rental price.
Cons: Within a hour The car passenger side front tire went flat 25 miles away from the car rental office. After making numerous calls to the car rental office no answering the phone . I sent a family member to car rental office to inform them of the flat tire. A car jack was not with the spare tire. Also I did attempt to repair the car due company policy. Once I speak with the person who rented me the car. I was given permission to change the tire. I was told I had to purchase a new tire & reimbursed

Pros: I made a reservation with the company ACE to pick up a car in Charllote NC and when I arrived there ACE simply informed they didn’t have any car available. I called DiscoverCar support to have a refund and so far I didn’t get my money back, according to the support ACE informed I did pick up the car! How come? There’s no signature, no deposit, nothing! I want my money back
