Pros: Once at the counter it was easy. Speedy shuttles.
Cons: Clearer directions about where to find the Ace counter at the airport. Directions from company didn’t match what the actuality was.
Pros: Excellent
Cons: N/A
Pros: The shuttle driver and shuttle experience
Cons: The surprise charges that cost more than my rental rate. The “requirement” that I get additional insurance when my policy would have covered
Pros: They were great
Pros: Ace personnel were very friendly and helpful,
Cons: I reserved a small SUV and when picking up the car, the agent said, "Does a crossover still work for you?" I said yes. When they brought me out to the vehicle, it was a Prius, which doesn't meet my definition of a small SUV or crossover. I kept the car and it was fine, but that was the one glitch in the experience.
