Pros: The check in process was quick.
Cons: I was pretty upset at the return process. They returned the car quickly but wouldn’t shuttle me back to my hotel! It was .8 miles away. Would have taken 5-6mins and they were just like. We can’t do that, it’s against policy and that was it! I had to call an uber to take me back. I’m was even checking the car in a day early! Not even a solution or helpful hint, just “no we can’t do that it’s policy”. I houses once you get my money the service ends. 😡

Cons: They’re listed cheaper compared to the other companies but they end up being more expensive at the end with all the bs charges they hit you with after the return.

Pros: Nice people that were very helpful during pick up.
Cons: The agency has very specific hours, make sure to look at this prior to booking. Had to wait for the airport shuttle (to the off site location) when we landed due to the agency not being open yet. The car was not in good shape at all. It also looked like the interior had not been cleaned in quite a while. The airbag service light was on the entire trip (from pick up) and the representatives didn't see any issue still allowing the car to be rented -- major safety issue.

Cons: Outside of car dirty. Windows filthy, had to stop and buy window cleaner and paper towels. Inside of car stunk like smoke, and possibly other kinds of smoke. Bought deodorizer but it didn't really help. Car also had 110,000 miles on it.
