Pros: A shocking car - cosmetic damage all around. Mechanically did not work - the car could not maintain speed, lacked power (so much so that my family had to get out on a steep hill) and wheel liners and undertray rattled constantly

Cons: Service was adequate - provision of vehicle was not. It also took excessively long time, and additional prompts, for return of the deposit.

Pros: The agent was always available to help us.

Cons: Office not easy to find. We received a Fiat Panda, altho we asked for a Toyota Aigo. The seats were stained. We had a flat tire, the agent promptly implied it was our fault, because the tyre was fine. Told us to pay 50 euros or to try to fix us our ourselfs - we went to a tyre repair store, where, to our surprise, the tire had a puncture where it had already been patched before, and the tires were completely bald. Will not recomend.

Pros: Only the price was good.

Cons: The car wasn't ready, and I had to wait 30 minutes. I asked if I could return it 30 minutes later, but they didn't allow me. The car wasn't very clean inside, and there was no water to clean the front window. The agent smiled but she wasn't really friendly.

Pros: Cars are not road worthy, it's shame what they are renting. Got a dirty car, full of stains, dust, salt on seats and sweat from previous customers. Car has 80 tkm, clutch is slipping, it's basically junk that they renting for 100 eur per day.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 69.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: return flight ticket, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Deposit and deductible policy

Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Winter tires are not mandatory in Greece.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 1 hour after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
