The counter is located outside the airport. An agent will meet you in the departures area (domestic or international) and escort you to the Euro Rent a Car counter to sign the contract and hand over the vehicle. Upon your return, the same procedure will be followed to sign the contract and inspect the vehicle. Afterward, you will be escorted back to the airport.

You will find it at the bus station at the airport, between terminal National T1 and International T2. The transfer comes around approximately every 25 minutes. If coming from a national flight (T1): 1: Go out through gate 5 on the first floor. 2: Follow the "Estación de Buses" (bus station) signs. 3: Wait for our bus in the hall. You will see it parked between platforms 4 and 13. If coming from an international flight (T2): 1: Go out through gate 2 and take the lift to the third floor. 2: Walk along the third-floor walkway that connects you directly to the bus station. 3: Go to the waiting hall.
