Terminal 1: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see Go Natural cafe Walk around the cafe and continue straight following the signs for "La Plaça". Turn to the left and follow signs for car rental pickup and continue until you see the OK Mobility Store. To pick up your vehicle, take the lift or stairs to your right and head to the lower floor (Floor 1). In the car park you will find the vehicle in the space indicated in the Store. Terminal 2: After leaving the baggage claim area, you will see signs for the car rental area. Turn to the left following these signs and you will immediately see the OK Mobility Store in front of you. To pick up your vehicle, exit the terminal and cross the pedestrian crossing on your right. Cross the road again and opposite, in the car park, you will find your vehicle in the marked parking space. The pickup of vans and campers is only at Terminal 2.

The customer has to leave their flight number, without it we cant send the bus to the airport. Terminal 1: Once you leave Terminal 1, you will see a Coffee place called Go Natural, walk towards the parking lot G and take the stairs at the end. At this point our courtesy shuttle bus will be waiting for you, which runs every 10/15 minutes. The minibus will take you directly to Nizacars office. Terminal 2A and B: Leave Terminal 2 and, without crossing the road, walk towards to your right, go through the taxi stop and then, you will find the our courtesy minibus area. Terminal 2C: Leave the building and walk to your left until you find a flyover. Go under the flyover and keep walking on the left side until, a few meters later, you find the courtesy minibus area. Terminal 1: 1. Once in the Arrivals Hall, head behind the COMO café, walk towards the exit following the signs for Car Park G and go outside. 2. Continue along the walkway where the Tabacos’ shop is located 3. At the end of the shop, you must go down 1 floor and on your left, next to the long-stay car park sign, you will find our yellow Centauro courtesy minibus, which runs every 15–20 minutes Terminal 2 A & B: 1. Leave the building and, without crossing the road, walk to your right. 2. Pass the taxi area. 3. You’ll find the shuttle bus area. Terminal 2 C: 1. Come out of the building and on your left, you will see an elevated walkway. 2. Walk and go under it, always keeping it to your left. 3. A few meters to your left you will find the minibus area where you can wait for the Centauro Rent a Car Shuttle which comes every 15-20 mins.

Customers arriving through TERMINAL 1: When you arrive in terminal 1, go straight ahead towards La Plaza, and continue towards Parking G passing the tobacco shop, and at the end take the stairs. At this point white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. If the bus isn't there at the time, don't worry, another bus will be back shortly. Customers arriving through TERMINAL 2A and 2B: Exit the terminal and without crossing the street walk to your right, towards Terminal C. Just below the letter C, white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. If the bus isn't there at the time, don't worry, another bus will be back soon. Customers arriving through TERMINAL 2C: Exit the terminal and walk to your left. Just below the letter C, white courtesy bus with the Drivalia logo will be waiting for you. Follow the signs for Parking (P) G / Shuttle (straight from the back of the coffee shop). Walk down the corridor for approximately 100 meters. Along the way, you will see a tobacco shop on your right, which can be used as a reference point. Continue to the end of the corridor and go down to the lower level using the stairs or elevator. Exit the building and turn left. You will find the minibus / shuttle area here. Terminal 2 (T2 – 2A, 2B, 2C): Exit the terminal building and stay at street level. If arriving at T2A or T2B, walk to the right. If arriving at T2C, walk to the left. Do not cross the road. Pass the taxi rank and continue following the signs for the minibus / shuttle (Rent a Car area). Continue straight until you reach the shuttle pick-up area, marked with a shelter or sign."
