To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area. The office is located next to Madrid airport. From T1: exit the terminal through gate 13 (in front of Arrival lounge 2) and cross the zebra crossing. From T2 and 3: go to the exit in front the Exit lounge 5 or 6 and follow the indications to T1. Go up the stairs, walk through the ramp and go down the stairs to the Arrivals Hall, exit the Terminal through gate 13 (in front of Arrival lounge 2) and cross the zebra crossing. From T4: exit the terminal and cross the zebra crossing and and follow the indications for the “Bus hotel stop“.

From Terminal 1: After leaving the luggage claim area, you will find the departures central hall. Turn to the left and following “ Car Rental Signals”. Continue trough the Rent a Cars Area until our OK MOBILITY store. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area. From Terminal 4: After leaving the luggage claim area, you will find the departures central hall. Turn to the left and following “ Car Rental Signals” down to -1 floor level trough the escalators. Continue trough the Rent a Cars Area until our OK MOBILITY store. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area.
