All information is required including full name, home address, phone number, email address, driving license information and credit card details. Please note for rentals outside normal operating hours, your booking is not confirmed unless all of the above requirements have been met and you have received the final signed rental agreement by email. For afterhours reservations, you will receive a link from our vendor partner Sharebox which will prompt you for driving license information, including a picture of the front and back of the driving license document. Once submitted, you will receive a location ID to retrieve your rental key Arrival: Once in arrivals hall, you will find our rental office located to the left next to the baggage claim. At the end you will find our office. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached on the wall. Please follow the instructions emailed prior to arrival or stated on the key box to get your key. WiFi/data is needed to access the rental key for after hours reservations. If you cannot access WiFi/data, have any issues, or need assistance, please contact our 24-hour helpline who will assist you. When you have collected your key, proceed by walking to the exit. Once outside, turn right and go to the end of the terminal building, cross the road and the rental parking P10 will be on your right. Your vehicle will be parked at a branded Alamo/Enterprise/National stall.
