Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.
