International Terminal Pick-up Instructions: After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, turn left in the arrivals hall and follow the signs for Bus/Rideshare/Shuttle. Avoid following the ‘Rental Car’ signs. Exit the terminal, head down the ramp, turn left, and proceed to the pickup area.

If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens.
