Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the Purple Shuttle Bus with Alpha Car Hire logos. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. Domestic Terminal Exit the Terminal and make your way to the Skywalk bridge; Once on the sky walk bridge, take the second set of escalators on the right down to B1/B2 ground level bus zone; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. International Terminal Turn left into the arrivals hall; Look for the coach departure sign and exit the terminal; Proceed down the ramp, to the furthest set of Bays on the left at the bottom of the ramp; The Alpha shuttle bus will pick you up. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Call 1800 150 850, select option 1 and then option 2 to request shuttle transfer. Domestic Terminal – Exit the terminal, walk across the skywalk and go down travellator to B1/B2 on the ground floor. Wait here for the shuttle to collect you. International Terminal – proceed to the left end of the arrivals hall, exit the terminal, go down the ramp and follow the signs to the Bus and Coach area. Wait here for the shuttle to collect you. The last shuttle is 30 mins before closing.

Please allow up to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive. Domestic Arrivals: Exit the terminal, head up the escalators that take you onto the sky bridge. Exit to the right of the Air Train under the sign 'buses and coaches A&B', proceed to bus zone B1/B2. International Arrivals: After clearing customs exit into the arrivals hall and turn left. Domestic Terminal Collection Zone is over Skybridge and down to the right, in Zone B1 and B2. International Terminal Collection Zone is down the stairs to the left in Zone 3. If you live within 100km of Hendra QLD, you will be considered a Local Renter. Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions.
