Simply call when you are ready for pick up on 0800 00 11 10 (you can call from a pay phone if needed. Ask the airport staff for the nearest pay phone) and proceed to the nearest collection area for pickup.
• Domestic arrivals - The pickup location is beneath the Control Tower which is located close to the Jetstar exits by Door 7 (see map)
• International arrivals - Pick-ups are located at the "off-site shuttle transfers" area, a short, undercover walk from the terminal. Exit door 8 and follow the signs for Off-site Shuttle Transfers (see map)
• If there is no Hire Vehicle Transfer Shuttle vehicle waiting in the bay, please call the above phone number so staff can be sure to arrange transport for you as soon as possible.

Upon arrival into Auckland Airport, please go to the pickup point (follow 2. & 3.) The FLYAWAY shuttle runs regularly every 10 to 20 minutes.
Domestic Terminal:
Exit Door 9 or 10 of the Jetstar Terminal, Cross over all the lanes and wait where
all the Super Shuttles are parked, wait at the last bay beneath the Control Tower and FLYAWAY Shuttle bus will come to pick you up in about 10 mins.
International Terminal:
Exit door 4 or Door 5 and follow the Offsite Shuttle Transfers sign to the Transport pick up zone. The pickup zone is located at an opening area. The walk is 5 to 10 minutes. Wait there for the FLYAWAY shuttle bus.
After business hours:

bus shelter.
Pick up information between 08:01-5:59
All After Hours Pick Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including
airport transfer). If you do not have an After Hours Pick Up listed on your confirmation, please contact us and we can add this to your booking. Once prearranged, when you arrive in Auckland, you will need to contact Flyaway at 0800 77 66 99. We will charge the full amount due for the rental on the working day before your rental begins, using the credit card you have supplied when booking. To ensure your vehicle will be waiting for you at our after-hours service, please ensure there are adequate funds on this credit card.
