Once submitted, you will receive a location ID to retrieve your rental key Arrival: Once in arrivals hall, you will find our rental office located to the left next to the baggage claim. At the end you will find our office. Walk past our office to the lounge area and our key box is attached on the wall. Please follow the instructions emailed prior to arrival or stated on the key box to get your key. WiFi/data is needed to access the rental key for after hours reservations. If you cannot access WiFi/data, have any issues, or need assistance, please contact our 24-hour helpline who will assist you. When you have collected your key, proceed by walking to the exit. Once outside, turn right and go to the end of the terminal building, cross the road and the rental parking P10 will be on your right.
