After exiting the Departure Gates, walk straight ahead for 20 meters to the corner on your right. You will see green signs indicating "Transfers." Please call us at +64 21 199 3456 from this location, and our shuttle will arrive within 15 minutes. Look out for our white Mini Bus with the EZU CAR RENTAL logo on the windows.
2. If you have already exited from the Arrival Gate (as opposed to the Departure Gates), please do not cross the Pedestrian. Proceed straight to the Departure Gates and look for the Transfer sign.

3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to the office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 50NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.

1. If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer).
2. If you fail to pick up at the off-hour, the car will be ready for pick up at the branch until the next day at 11:30 am.

2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D, where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area.
3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Hao Rental Shuttle van (Plate number: HAOCAR) and signal the driver. You will be transferred to the office for vehicle collection.
Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up (from the airport to the branch) or drop off (from the branch to the airport) is 17:30. If you call to request a shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:30 to 07:59, the 50NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.
Off-hours pick-up instruction (Between 06:01 pm-07:59 am)
1. If you are collecting your vehicle after the business hours—between 06:01 pm and 07:59 am—you will need to contact the representative (info@haorentals.co.nz) at least two working days before the pick-up to complete the online check-in. All After-Hours Pick-Ups must be prearranged and are NZ $50.00 (including airport transfer).
2. If you fail to pick up at the off-hour, the car will be ready for pick up at the branch until the next day at 11:30 am.

Ein Roadtrip durch Neuseeland ist immer eine wunderbare Sache. Ein zuverlässiges Auto ist dabei unabdingbar. Bootstouren, Besuche von Museen, das Baden in heißen Quellen und die Wasserfälle, Regenwälder und phantastischen Küsten machen den Urlaub unvergesslich. Dazu die wunderbaren Menschen in Neuseeland. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Ein Auto zu mieten lohnt sich für Neuseeland auf jeden Fall. Die Strassen sind gut befahrbar und überall stehen viele, teils auch kostenlose, Parkmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.
Wir haben eine kleine Rundreise auf der Südinsel gemacht und egal wo man ist die Natur und Landschaft ist traumhaft. Verpassen Sie nicht das Adrenalin in Queenstown, die wunderschöne Stadt Dunedin oder das Meer an der Küste mit Seelöwen, Walen und Delfinen.

Neuseeland hat uns von der unvorstellbar, schönen Landschaft sehr gut gefallen. Man reist zurück in das Zeitalter der Dinosaurier. Die Regenwälder haben noch ursprüngliche Pflanzen und ein Vogel, der dem Raptor sehr ähnlich war, starb vor 200 Jahren aus. Die Begegnungen mit Kiwis, dem Vogel waren selten, mit der Frucht sehr schmackhaft und mit dem Namen der Einwohner von Neuseeländer ausnahmslos sehr freundlich, helfend und entspannt. Kia ora und Danke, dass wir mit reinen und sauberen Wanderschuhen und Ausrüstung auf beiden Inseln einreisen durften. Danke, an die Bewahrer des Ursprungs. Mit all euren Angeboten, ein unvorstellbares Abenteuer zu erleben, habt ihr mit unsere Erwartungen übertroffen.
