Christchurch Airport Pick-Up Procedures (6:00 am to 6:00 pm) Simply call when you are ready for pick up on 0800 00 11 10 (you can call the toll free number from a pay phone if needed. Ask the airport staff for the nearest pay phone), 03 343 6943 or 021 247 0346 and proceed to the nearest collection area for pickup. • Domestic & International arrivals - The pickup location is located downstairs on level 0. With the Air New Zealand check-in behind you, exit doors 1 or 2. Look out for the Hire Vehicle Transfer Shuttle and one of the staff will collect you. The Drive to the Branch where your vehicle is located is approximately 5 minutes. Christchurch Airport Afterhours Pick-Up Procedures (6:01 pm to 5:59 am) Airpark Canterbury is used for the Christchurch Airport Afterhours Pick-up Service • With the Air New Zealand check-in behind you, exit doors 1 or 2. • Near the far exit doors you will find the sign directing you to the free phone. Dial "M1" to be connected to the Airpark Canterbury 24-hour office. • OR, Call 0800 24 77 27 or +64 3 360 3113 when you are ready for pickup. • Airpark Canterbury will take you to their facility where they will show you to your vehicle. • You must show them your driver’s licence and your booking confirmation before they will release the vehicle

Check-in at www.moderentals.co.nz/check-in is recommended at least two hours before pick-up. If your pick-up is after-hours, check-in is mandatory at least two hours before end of business day. Once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs, please call us on (03) 595 1828 to order your shuttle. To meet your shuttle, head towards the domestic terminal and exit through Door 2 next to the Air New Zealand service desk. Our driver will meet you in the car rentals transfer area outside Door 2. There is a big “Air New Zealand” sign on the outside wall overlooking the pickup area.
