Free Shuttle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 03 8592 6377, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. After disembarking, make your way to T2 at Melbourne Airport. Cross over the the 2nd lane opposite T2. Walk to the off-airport shuttle bus pick-up and drop-off area. Once in the shuttle pick-up area, look for the White Shuttle Bus with Green Easy Parking logos If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party. If a customer cannot be contacted by Alpha or does not complete their express check-in before branch closure the customer will not be able to pick up the car and will need to collect it the following day or once the branch opens. Please make sure for any after-hours Sydney bookings you are providing Alpha with customer's phone and email as otherwise, you’ll need to take responsibility for the booking yourself.

Please allow up to 20 minutes for shuttle to arrive. From T1 & T2: From T1/T2, cross one pedestrian crossing and turn right, wait at the Brown Bus Shelter. From T3: Cross one pedestrian crossing, on your left there will be a sign that says Crew Buses. Please head past this sign and wait in the middle near the Brown Bus Shelter. From T4: Please head towards T3, cross one pedestrian crossing once you are at T3. On your left, there will be a sign that says Crew Buses. Please head past this sign and wait in the middle near the Brown Bus Shelter.

Local Renter's security deposit is $2000 and vehicle must be collected between 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday - Sunday. Local Renters will not receive a vehicle if they do not meet these conditions. After collecting your luggage, please call the office phone number to arrange your shuttle pick-up. If you are unable to reach the office, proceed directly to the shuttle pick-up point. The shuttle service is provided by ‘SkyPark.’ The bus will display 'SkyPark' branding as well as "Goldcar" branding. Terminal 2 - International ● From Arrivals, walk towards Terminal 3 (T3) and exit through the main doors. ● Cross the first pedestrian crossing, then turn left. ● Follow signs for Hotel and Off-Airport Buses. ● Continue until you are across from Terminal 2, near the large Melbourne sign and wait for the Skypark shuttle van. Terminal 1 - Qantas Domestic ● Exit through the doors opposite the baggage carousels and cross at the pedestrian crossing. ● Turn right, follow signs for Hotel and Off-Airport Buses. ● Continue until you are across from Terminal 2, near the large Melbourne sign and wait for the Skypark shuttle van. Terminal 3 - Virgin Australia Domestic ● Exit through the main doors from baggage claim. ● Turn left, walk to the pedestrian crossing near T2 & T3, and cross the first pedestrian crossing and turn left dnd follow signs for Hotel and Off-Airport Buses. ● Continue until you are across from Terminal 2, near the large Melbourne sign and wait for the Skypark shuttle van. The shuttle will pick you up at the Brown Bus Shelter. From T2 (INTERNATIONAL): Walk towards T1 on your left, cross the pedestrian crossing, then turn right to find the Brown Bus Shelter where the shuttle will arrive. From T3 (VIRGIN): After crossing the pedestrian crossing, look for the Crew Buses sign on your left. Walk past it and wait near the Brown Bus Shelter for the shuttle. After you have arrived at Melbourne Airport, cleared customs and collected your luggage, phone us on 1800 150 850 and select Option 1 to request our free shuttle service. Our JUCY shuttle bus will meet you at the ‘HOTELS & OFF AIRPORT BUSES’ collection point. To get there, cross either of the pedestrian crossings outside the main doors of terminals 1 or 3 and follow the signs. Last shuttle is 30 mins prior to closing time Afterhours must be arranged 48 hours prior by contacting our reservations team
