Awesome nature of the island really amazes. Perfect swimming, picturesque views during hiking were just breathtaking.

We spend 5 days on La Dique where the beaches were amazing, our hosts very friendly and nothing was too much trouble including the fantastic evening buffets prepared by the owners. 6 days on Praslin where we had hoped to suba dive but due to unseasonal weather, rain and rough seas only managed 2 dives, still nice but visibility was poor. 4 days on Mahe buzzing around in our hire car, very different from La Dique and Praslin but still very enjoyable. Overall we really enjoyed hour trip to the Seychelles and would visit again...

Renting a car is ideal if you want to explore the whole of Mahé or Praslin. Tend to avoid morning and afternoon rush hour traffic, mostly in main town Victoria. The town itself is small and much easier to park up stroll in at your leisure. Some roads tend to be very narrow and hazardous - go at your own pace.
