Cons: The wait for the car, we appreciate the local agent, Daniel was doing his best and was possibly in a difficult situation but for us to wait so long was very uncomfortable and stressful

Cons: I've always been given decent cars with them. Not this time. I was given an Indian car that I never saw before, a Mahindra. It was ugly AF, unstable driving, weird hand break, broken gas door and dirty windscreen with remains of scotch on it.

Pros: It was on the airport, self check in worked.

Cons: They gave us a car with an engine problem when asked to return it we had to drive back on highway with an engine problem through the tunnels. No one was waiting with a new car rather we had to walk between office and parking to figure it out when the new car is coming and where to pick it up.

Pros: The person at the desk when collecting the car was extremely helpful. Initially car did not have sat nav which had been ordered and person at desk politely and quickly substituted car for one with sat nav.
