Pros: Nothing. Very arrogant, aggressive and rude staff. Stay away!

Cons: Nothing! Horrible company. Read the reviews online. 1 star with over 5000 reviews. Sums them up. What Surprice do, is make back any loss of profit from people taking advantage of the low fees brokers like discover cars provided! They have a lot of tricks and scams up their sleeve. Stay away!

Pros: Nothing at all. They were biligerant and rude and unhelpful Land completely disorganised

Cons: Rude Unhelpful Insisted we took the full insurance although I’d done so with you.it was clear we wouldn’t get a car unless we took their insurance. We waited 40 minutes after drop off to get the car checked and they couldn’t get it done and we had to go for our flight. So later they send me an email to say the car was dirty, but my photos don’t reflect so. We’d driven 3000k in three weeks over dusty dirty Italian roads as they’ve had not rain in weeks so of course there would be some dust.

Cons: The car was so dirty but they said we returned it dirty When giving the car back I asked for someone to go through the car with me and they said the guy wasn’t there Very distressing leaving a car that wasn’t signed off. The person at the desk couldn’t even get off the chair to help

Pros: Easy drop off

Cons: We couldn't find the shuttle, no signage and shuttle has a different company name. We were then blamed for being late to collect the car and informed there were no cars available. They then went to collect a car from some other facility so we eventually had a car but not after a lot of difficulty and some of those waiting with us were not as fortunate.

Pros: Car was exactly what was requested and in very good condition.

Cons: Promotional logos on the car made it stand out and potentially attract unwanted attention - as did the German number plate ! Despite the best efforts of the one person on duty, we had to wait a long time to actually start our journey - which made us late for our rendezous. Pre-booking should make this a quicker option.
