Pros: Amazing value for money! Car was powerful for the mountainous roads. Very quick and easy return. No sneaky charges at the end of the rental.

Cons: Car was older with a fair few scrapes and marks, had to wait for the car to be cleaned prior to driving away.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.

Cons: Office floor had a hole in it. Staff suggested we had not booked car seats but we were able to prove we had using our booking documents. Car seats eventually given were not suitable for our children's ages and we did not feel they were safe. Given a car with multiple warning lights illuminated and told no other car was available. It was almost impossible to change the gear as the gearbox was so bad. Thoroughly poor service and we will never use Surprice again.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Would rate the company a 0 if it would let me, they only offer a shuttle service for the main driver leaving other parties at the airport. Tried to say my card was not working when it worked for the rest of the holiday (then tried to charge me an additional €75). Wasn’t given a rental car, was given a car they use to ferry people about in that was dirty, dented to pieces and not what I had booked. On drop off were told to leave it in the airport car park, no further instructions were given.
