Pros: The reps both on arrival and departure were helpful, spoke English and were efficient. The car was electric and in great condition.
Cons: We encountered a problem with the car a couple of days into our 10 day holiday in Italy and the rep at the airport where we collected the car was very helpful on the phone when we made contact. However, the solution for helping with the problem was to deal with the rep at another airport closer to where we were staying - that rep did not speak sufficient English to understand the problem and the solution we were offered was unacceptable.
