Pros: The actual use of the car was fine. Good condition and easy to drop off, excellent model. The desk was very stressful, it included a 2 hour wait despite having to book a collection time. The agents were very aggressive and getting into loud arguments with their customers. We would have valued more help with fitting the baby car seat but they weren’t allowed to fit it themselves which given it’s a new seat for us was frustrating. However the overall hire and driving experience was excellent.

Pros: Reception staff was very helpful, once showed the booking information, documents were checked and car key were handed.

Cons: Only thing which I didn’t like is the size of the car, I made a booking for car that can take 3 cases and I was given DS3 upon checking with the advisor I was told this is the only car available in our booking category which can only fit 1 case and 2 hand bag max.

Pros: Pickup & return service was prompt.

Cons: Registration counter was different from car pickup location. Apprehension when a 800EUR deposit was charged into credit card (usually other car rental just put amount on hold in credit card). The car was of descent mileage but full of dents and scratches externally. Although the bigger damages were marked, the smaller ones were ignored and when highlighted to staff at collection, was told it was insignificant. Obviously there was apprehension whether you will eventually be charged on return.
