Pros: Friendly staff at pick up (Perugia airport)! Car had a few minor knocks on but nothing too bad, which we’re already marked on the collection form! Car itself was good and reliable, not sure of the year but looked pretty new!

Pros: Very good efficient staff, when we did speak to them. They were quality people. Car good.

Cons: Took forever to pick up the car - and dropping off was chaos, as everyone came at same time. No representative to help at first. You need more staff. Prices crazy but thats everyone!
