Pros: The guys at the desk were extremely efficient. Both the pick up and the drop off went very quickly and they really not wasted a minute. Big thumbs up for them

Cons: Well, it was a bit expensive. I mean it is in line with the competition but it still feels a lot.

Pros: As mentioned earlier the man on the desk charged me an addition €40 as I was late picking up the car due to a delay of my flight by BA, completely out of my control.

Pros: Very good efficient staff, when we did speak to them. They were quality people. Car good.

Cons: Took forever to pick up the car - and dropping off was chaos, as everyone came at same time. No representative to help at first. You need more staff. Prices crazy but thats everyone!
