Pros: Clean and well maintained car supplied - Hassle free drop off & Shuttle Bus Service

Cons: Getting to the off-site office. Shuttle Bus Pick-up location was not very clear - bus was delayed in traffic and pick-up office was very busy and noisey which made the pickup slow and diificult as communication was difficult with language barriers - made harder with all the background noise. Drop off at Rio was much smoother.

Pros: Crew was nice.

Cons: Seems like there are hidden charges, or there's some confusion as to how they handle your safety deposit (apparently, it is part of the rental value, but this is not stated anywhere). I was also charged for something not expected, so the effective prices are not what you see on the Discover Cars website, instead being so far up to about 60% higher, as they didn't return my safety deposit. I filed a complaint a few days ago, but had no reply as I'm writing it.
