A large and popular company, Easirent is a truly global player in the international car hire market as it operates on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. The company has car hire points among other locations, in the US state of Florida, as well as in the British cities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Liverpool, all very popular travel destinations with both domestic and foreign visitors.
The company is primarily based in the UK and is a British-owned company. Its headquarters, however, are located in Dublin, Ireland. It is easy to confuse Easirent as being affiliated with easyGroup, the company that owns easyJet, easyHotel, easyCar, etc. Eairent and easyGroup are not affiliated, though. Easirent is its own independent company. You can keep the difference between their names straight if you remember that one is spelled with an i and one with a y.
The company operates at all major airports in the UK including all four major airports serving London (Heathrow, Stansted, Luton, and Gatwick).
In the United States, Easirent started in Florida — including in Orlando, the largest rental market in the world. It eventually would go on to have locations across the state, including at all major airports such as Orlando, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Tampa, and St. Petersburg. Recently, the company has begun expanding the US part of its operations. It now operates in Texas.
