Pick-up instructions
The pick up area of the yellow Centauro Rent a Car minibus is located at Terminal 3 (on the departures level) in front of Exit/Uscita 1 Once you have collected your luggage, make your way to departures on the upper level. If you arrive at Terminal 1 go upstairs to arrivals and then come out of the building, turn right and make your way to Terminal 3. In front of Exit/Uscita 1 of Terminal 3 on the departures level is where you can wait for the yellow Centauro Rent a Car minibus which comes every 10-15 mins. Minibus is available during the office opening hours. If your flight is due to arrive before closure, you will need to contact Centauro so that we can wait for you.
Drop-off instructions
Vehicles must be returned to the Centauro car park and then you will be taken to the Departure Hall by Shuttle Bus.

Cons: Rep tried to sell us more insurance cover when we had already had full coverage with DiscoveryCars. Suggested that we would still have to pay up front for any damage and then claim off your insurance.

Pros: Very charming and personable service - far superior to that I have known repeatedly with other car rental companies out of the main car rental area of Fiumicino. All the Centauro personnel were delightful and astonishingly friendly (and efficient).

Cons: Nothing whatsoever.
