Once you have collected your luggage, call 1300 729 230 (for international customers call 0061 3 6165 0838) and follow the prompts for shuttle bus pick up.
Exit the arrivals hall and turn left (left also from Sharp Airlines Terminal), follow the blue line on the ground past the luggage trolleys, make your way to the overhead Car Rental Pickup sign and wait behind the blue line at the end of the main terminal building for the shuttle bus collection.

Pros: Did give a refund for the day that was lost due to them having closed the office prior to our arrival at airport.
Cons: Closed office on our arrival night and left us and2 other couples stranded at airport. No apologies from them just advised they close at 9.00 no matter what. We all had to then find our own way to our accommodation at our cost and then return on the following morning.
